In the immediate vicinity of the St. Hubertus there are few lovely toboggan runs in the winter. For our little guests there is a small slope directly behind the B&B, on which, when there is plentiful snow, they can really let off steam with a Zipfelbob. The family-friendly ski area of Egg-Schetteregg also provides winter fun for all ages away from the ski pistes. For children, the toboggan slope provides plenty of winter fun. For beginners too, the tobogganing hill is just right for preparing for tobogganing on longer runs and getting accustomed to sleds. The Schetteregg ski area is around a 10-minute drive from your accommodation. A great public bus service connection is also available.

Fun-packed tobogganing awaits all the family on the three-kilometre natural toboggan run in Bezau. It proceeds from the mountain station for Bergbahn Bezau to the Sonderdach intermediate station. There is some 400 metres of ascent between the start at the panorama restaurant at the mountain station – from where you can enjoy a dreamy view across Bodensee right in to the Allgäu. For even more tobogganing fun, at the cable car a specific ticket for tobogganers can even be purchased, making several rides one after the other possible on the cable car. The cable cars are around 20 minutes from the St. Hubertus.

The toboggan run from Mellau to Dosegg starts in the town of Untermellen close to the town centre, and consists of two sections, providing a tobogganing adventure for children and expert tobogganers. The lower section, around 800 metres in length, is well prepared and not very steep. Five days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday and at the weekend) the run is floodlit until 22.00. For a little bit more tobogganing action you can, when the snow situation permits, ascent around 2 kilometres more and toboggan down through the mixed woodland, which has superb views. It takes around 20 minutes to get to the toboggan run.

The five-kilometre toboggan run from the Bergkristall mountain lodge in Au offers variety-packed fun for ambitious tobogganers. The wonderfully located valley is set in an idyllic mountain backdrop, surrounded by majestically soaring limestone summits. The start of the toboggan run is only accessible on foot through the valley. There are two ascent options for this - direct in Au opposite Fuch sports shop or along the Gunholzlift. The toboggan run is broad and has been well-prepared. Caution is required in the lower section when the track is slippery. Toboggan hire is available on site in Au and the ascent to Au from the B&B is around 30 minutes.
